I had heat stroke once and it was horrible. Congrats on sticking to the plan and finding a way to get it done. This is actually 120 reps since 30 mins of fitness walking is 100 reps + 20 push-ups. Nice job.

Yeah it doesn't help wearing the protective clothing either, jacket gloves etc.
I couldn't just do nothing lol, always got some gym time in me lol :D
