RE: 103,078 Total Team Reps! (+1,931) - The Steemit Daily 100+ Rep Fitness Challenge - Day # 59 - 2/03/18

in #fitness7 years ago

Hi @Steemmatt, I just saw this post. It's a great effort to get people motivated to get fit. I just recently got back to exercising at home after a few months of being inactive. I follow a Metabolic Aftershock video I downloaded a few years back. The work out is in 3 phases (A, B, and C for 3 weeks each adding up to 9 weeks) and in each phase is 3 different workouts for every other day of the week. This is a workout that has helped me whenever I did it, I could see my body toning and I felt stronger. The thing I really like about it is that it's only 3 days a week for 20 minutes, 25 minutes if I do the 5 min burnout. I know you have conditions for those wanting to participate in this challenge...this is just in case any of your readers wanted to check out alternative options. And btw, I just finished my first week of the first phase.

I wish you all the best on your journey to better health and fitness.

Thanks for introducing yourself and being honest about your workout. It sounds like you're doing something you enjoy and are seeing some results to keep you motivated. Good job.

Keep in touch if you add anything to your routine or change it over time if it falls in line with 30+ minutes of running/cardio or general weights/exercise reps. I'm sure you're getting one heck of a workout each time, so not to take away anything from it at all.
