RE: Overuse injuries - 2 weeks later...

I have most of that list, except for the supersonic pelvic floor issue. That doesn't sound like fun at all.

I have been waking in minimal shoes
for work now and it is a bit better. Have you tried toe separators, as they might help alignment and muscle growth in the right areas? Cheap on Amazon, and if you have shows with a wide enough toe box, you can wear them a lot.

I had a jaw massage the other day, and that helped a bit with my neck stuff also.

What does the turmeric water do?

Sort:

Ah, sorry! Water with Turmeric tablets, B12 and D3 tablets, I probably should have put them on separate lines . Turmeric is supposed to help reducing inflammation (also apparently helps avoid dementia, etc which is not a huge concern for me, we don't have a family history of that).

My partner actually uses toe separators and has for years, but I've never actually tried them myself. It's a good idea, thank you.

I have minimal shoes, but I think I shipped them all to Australia - but I do spend the majority of my time in bare feet or socks.

Hmm, a jaw massage sounds uncomfortable/amazing. Just feeling around my jaw now it does seem pretty tight.

Feet seem to be on the list of late for many people. This is something I shared with @abh12345 in a chat today. Worth a listen.

The jaw massage was good and she even did inside my mouth, which was great! I think it is called masticatory massage.
