Not bad not bad, at least you train legs, legs are the best part of your body to train when you want to drop weight, my legs are like 2 giant cities that burn a lot of energy when they are being worked out
I'm starting my cut today, i have 2 weeks without any exams so i need to cut before i start studying because i already know how i am, i tend to overeat a little when studying and decrease the amount of time I workout... I won't do keto cut though, I'll probably do a normal cut just decreasing calories, I already do intermittent fasting so I'm already ready to burn fat for fuel
