Knockout Ready Strength and Fitness

You may be wondering what exactly is KOmbat Conditioning?

Being a former fighter I know exactly what it takes to be fight ready.

Now as a Muay Thai referee I get to see all the fights up close and personal. I get to see what’s working and what’s not. I see the power behind the punches and kicks.

One thing I have noted over the years is lack of true knockout ability, most knockouts come from one sweet shot that landed just right.

I believe there is an imbalance between fight fitness and fight strength. The majority of fighters have nailed the fitness aspect, but have forgotten or don’t know how to incorporate knockout strength into their fight prep.

So that was may motivation to write a STRENGTH & Conditioning Program that fighters can easily add to their current training routine. A program that will develop knockout power and incredible fitness.
