"No pain, no gain", is it true?
Lately many gurus preach the buffer saying that the muscle grows when it rests. Not that it's not true, but unfortunately to make it grow you must first stimulate it properly .. And certainly you will not do it saving energy in the gym. When you go to the gym you must give your 100%, don't spare yourself for any reason .. You should not be afraid to not recover, because your body will adapt to everything and will improve accordingly.
So.. Yeah, as long as you maintain a fairly correct technique, go to the gym with the "no pain, no gain" mindset! 💪🏻
