Going to the gym does not simply mean moving a weight from a point A to a point B, you must feel the exercise.
Between point A and point B there is an immensity, and it is precisely that which activates the growth processes.
The next time you do an exercise, try to feel it rather than count reps.
Doing a peak contraction certainly helps to feel better the target muscle.

How much you can squat and deadlift?
I don't do so much those exercises because i feel pain in the lower back, but when i do, not much.. around 160kg deadlift for 3-4 reps and 100kg squat for 3-4 reps.. but i never do them.
can you post a video of you deadlift and squat with an empty bar?
I don't think so soon, but will try in future.
When are you are going to the gym?
Everyday, but i can't film everyday. Well, i'm not interested to do squats and deadlift, cause the pain is cronic, so.. :P
So you have cronic pain but you go to the gym? Does not make any sense. Does your back pain if you do a body weight squat?
👌👍👍
