πŸ‹πŸ» Road to get shredded πŸ‹πŸ» - 10th March

Talking about training, the most difficult part of the week is gone, today is the last training day and tomorrow ( and maybe also monday) will be rest days.
Today I will not focus on any muscle in particular, but I will make some muscle recalls to shoulders, biceps and abs.. and of course there is always cardio.


  • Weight : 68.7 Kg

Today's Diet


Meal 1

  • eggwhites protein pudding ( i will post the recipe tomorrow! )

Meal 2

  • eggwhites pancake
  • 100g low fat greek yoghurt
  • zero kcal chocolate syrup
  • 2 protein muffins

Meal 3

  • 6 protein muffins

Meal 4

  • 50g spelled bread
  • 100g turkey
  • 2 protein muffins

Today's Workout - shoulders/biceps/abs


  • Incline single arm lateral raises 15-12-10
  • 6 ways 3 sets of max reps with 2 Kg Dbs
  • inverse peck deck 4 sets of 12/15 reps
  • curl Dbs 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • barbell curl 2 sets of 20 sets
  • leg raises crunch 3 sets of max reps
  • cardio 10' tapis roulant
