Talking about training, the most difficult part of the week is gone, today is the last training day and tomorrow ( and maybe also monday) will be rest days.
Today I will not focus on any muscle in particular, but I will make some muscle recalls to shoulders, biceps and abs.. and of course there is always cardio.

Today's Diet
Meal 1
- eggwhites protein pudding ( i will post the recipe tomorrow! )
Meal 2
- eggwhites pancake
- 100g low fat greek yoghurt
- zero kcal chocolate syrup
- 2 protein muffins
Meal 3
- 6 protein muffins
Meal 4
- 50g spelled bread
- 100g turkey
- 2 protein muffins
Today's Workout - shoulders/biceps/abs
- Incline single arm lateral raises 15-12-10
- 6 ways 3 sets of max reps with 2 Kg Dbs
- inverse peck deck 4 sets of 12/15 reps
- curl Dbs 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- barbell curl 2 sets of 20 sets
- leg raises crunch 3 sets of max reps
- cardio 10' tapis roulant
