I had a very bad experience with Leg Press because in my starting days of gyming i try to do Leg press with some heavy weight and somehow i do it in a little wrong way and that cause me a long lasting Back pain😐 that's why i always fear by using heavy weights on Leg press.

Yeah heavy is so dangerous, that's why bike warming up for 10 min before, then stretching and then can start performing leg Press starting gradually from small weights! For me this was already 8th set, back need to be flat on bench
