Jumping rope is something I forget about all the time when I am trying to add more cardio into a gym session.
Spring is on it's way, bring on some warmer weather! I am so much more motivated to exercise when I'm outdoors and where I live, it takes a lot of effort and layers to stay comfortable when getting some movement in.
I am so ready to get rid of the Jump rope and start up the long runs through the trail! Where I live the trails are all covered in Ice and snow, but it is starting to melt :)
Same here. I actually did have cross country skis for this winter but I hadn't looked for boots that fit me so I just pushed that off to next winter when I also have someone to do it with me. But trail running is my favorite outdoor cardio, but I also enjoy slowing down to a hike or even stopping completely and camping...when I can survive it without risk of exposure, I try to be outdoors as much as possible :)
