Solid workout there, and welcome to the challenge.
I think skipping should be treated like cardio, with @steemmatt on this one.
However I count sled runs as reps because I load the sled up with weights, and doing about 120 steps flat out for 5 sets really works the legs(120 steps = 12 reps). They really take it out of you, especially @ sled weight + 75kgs
