today i want to share some secrets about fitness.
As we all know everybody want six pack abs and for that we all do daily intense training blindly.
Training is important to build muscle but more important things are to calculate our daily macros.
intense workout is one part of getting abs but we forget to calculate our macros. Also body type plays important role in fitness.
So first water is very important in any goal.
Whatever your goal is either you want to gain weight or to lose weight but water plays an important role.
Two important state in fitness are :
1 caloric surplus
2 caloric deficit
This two states are very important in fitness and in bodybuilding.
you can not gain weight or lose weight if you dont focus on these states.
To decide to follow which state you should first calculate your daily calorie need and our daily need of calories is depend on our daily routine.
Its not impossible to get abs within just 4 weeks but you should keep in mind all this things.
Only intense workout will not get you abs.
