10,000 Steps Challenge Progress Update - May 23, 2018

Slow day but still a progress

Today is Wednesday once again, a work day but home based for today, the only chance I got to walk today was when buying lunch, not that good of a progress but still progress.

Today I was able to walk 1744 steps, covering a distance of 1.29KM, while burning 68kcal, and lastly achieving 17% of the 10,000 steps goal. That is good progress for today, none the less the quality/rating for today is failure :( . Not that good progress but still a progress, let us continue on even in this hard days, small steps are still progress.

Today my weight is still at 161 lbs.

Run Tracking

So today I was not able to run earlier this morning, so the stats for my runs still is the same.

This then brings the total stats of my 4 runs to 28.85km, 2118 calories burned, then the 4 runs lasting for 5 hours and 42 minutes.
