20 min treadmill
20 min cycling
100 high knees
100 squat jumps
100 jumping jacks
4 sets Olympic bar curls 48
4 sets dead hang preacher curls 40
4 Ez bar curls 40
4 rope hammer curls 60
4 reverse grip 40
4 incline curls 40
4 incline hammer curls across body 40

Much appreciated for the sum. Don't know how you can do cardio, 100 squat jumps, high knees and jumping jacks in a row without needing to go to the hospital. Ha.

I have developed a keen interest in fitness. My goal is fitness, not having a beast like body or something.
You should do it before work out and trust me it helps, you won't feel tired from your routine. You would feel a lot of energy flowing in. Cardio is the best exercise
