Yeah! That’s what I have been thinking to. Learning about Bruce Lee (he would stretch up to 2 hours per. day!) actually got me seriously thinking about my increasing lack of flexibility... And let’s be honest... I didn’t want to end up as a stick person! 😅

I have lifted weights and ran for years so I’m over due for some stretching and lengthening. Yoga isn’t really my specialty so I wasn’t really sure what I was getting myself into but so far it’s been AMAZING @purepinay!
