Day 5 (13/02/2018)
30 min warm up
15 minute skipping
10 minute Stretching
5 minute run through on main exercise
After 30 minutes of intense warm up it is the main session
Main session 30 minutes, 5 exercises
First 2 exercises will be dumbbell Snatch and burpees which will be in 1 session of 3 sets
first set 21 dumbbell snatch and 21 burpees
Second set 15 dumbbell snatch and 15 burpees
Third Set set 9 dumbbell snatch and 9 burpees
Last 3 exercises done in 3 sets each
3 sets barbell mill press (5 Per side 15Kg barbell)
3 sets barbell floor press (40 KG barbell)
3 sets kettelbell deficit push ups
