30 min warm up

10 minute Stretching

*HitchHiker
*Twisting Lunge
*Backstroke
*Knee to Chest Push-kicks

5 minute run through on main exercise

After 30 minutes of intense warm up it is the main session

30 Minute Session 4 Exercises

6 rounds each 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest in between

1- Kettle bell 2 handed Swipe
2- ring Strap Single row
3- chin Ups
4- Hop over parallel squat

*Seal Position
*Twisted Lunge
*Downward facing dog
*Upward facing dog
