After going through the warm up my body was ready for the main exercises
Main Session
3 Rounds of the following exercises :
1 min push ups
1 minute mountain climb
8 strict pull ups
8 wall pull plank
1 minute seated double cast
10 chin ups (Slow release )
8 Barbell rows (Reverse grip 40Kg)
5 Commando row
5 sitting barbarian pull down
15 Australian pull ups
5 Chin up
One round consist of all exercises before moving onto the next round
After finishing all 3 rounds it was then time to warm down

*Upward facing dog
Great day great session , Body feeling good, Mind feeling refreshed and ready for another day
My goal as I said is to inspire fellow Steemians on the Steem platform to live a healthy lifestyle and to become physically fit for the benefit of yourself and your future , i personally want to be fit for the sake of my Sins future he is my biggest motivator in all of this . hes energetic and sporty therefore I need to keep up as I get older .
