Today's Warm up

10 Minutes Skipping
10 Minutes stretching
10 minutes run through of main exercise

After going through the warm up my body was ready for the main exercises

Today's Main Session

Clockwork for 30 minutes ,1 exercise after another

*50 per side club bell squats
*50 Pull ups
*25 per side Kettle-bell shoulder push press
*30 Slam Balls

WarmDown
*Seal Position
*Twisted Lunge
*Downward facing dog
*Upward facing dog

Great day great session , Body feeling good, Mind feeling refreshed and ready for another day

My goal as I said is to inspire fellow Steemians on the @steem platform to live a healthy lifestyle and to become physically fit for the benefit of yourself and your future , i personally want to be fit for the sake of my Sins future he is my biggest motivator in all of this . hes energetic and sporty therefore I need to keep up as I get older .
