Daily Challenge Complete - 500 reps - Felt good today so I did a bit extra! I've also included pictures on my prison-weights system :P

  • 100 Air Squats
  • 50 Pushups
  • 50 Leg Raises
  • 50 Situps
  • 50 TaeBo Legkicks (right leg)
  • 50 TaeBo Legkicks (left leg)
  • 50 Standing Curls - Left arm - 20 lbs
  • 50 Standing Curls - Right Arm - 20 lbs
  • 50 Extensions (both hands) - 20 lbs
