I had been in this mindset, but most rich people or highly successful people do some exercise. If they have time surely I with 3 kids and a normal job can exercise.
A lot of good examples of different morning routines were in Daymond John's book rise and grind (a shark tank guy and one of the creators of fubu-not that this white dude ever would wear that-)
This is very true! Exercising helps to clear your mind and is highly benefitial!
Also, there's always time to exercise, it only takes 15 minutes to do some push-ups! Even if you do little, it's a lot better than not doing anything :)!
