Daily Challenge Completed - 350 reps

25 pull ups
50 chin ups
50 one arm push ups
50 incline push ups
25 dips
50 squats

Body weight exercises with 14lb vest.

The weather finally warmed up a little so I went for a 30 minute run this morning.

30 minute jog - 100 reps

You didn't jog with the vest????

No, I don't do much cardio.
