40 leg crunch situps
20 pushups(feels a lot better not struggling with this as much)
20 curls (20lb each arm)
40 behind the head tricep exercise(only have 5 and 20lb weights and I know doing this is harder than a tricep curl, so did this really slow with 5 lbs each arm.)
