Challenge Completed - Arms Day 740 reps on February 15

Arms day last night, I decided to do another night with no really heavy sets to let my body rest a little.

Warmup Sets

💪 12 reps * 5 sets bicep curls, @15kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets tricep extension seated, @32kgs, @39kgs, @46kgs, @39kgs, @32kgs

Working Sets

💪 12 reps * 5 sets standing tricep push downs, @28.75kgs, @36.25kgs, @43.75kgs, @36.25kgs, @28.75kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets standing tricep pull up behind head, @16.25kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets single arm bicep curl, @15kgs, @20kgs, @25kgs, @20kgs, @15kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets cable double bicep curls, @7.5kgs, @10kgs, @12.5kgs, @10kgs, @7.5kgs

💪 20 reps * 5 sets cable abs crunches, @30kgs

💪 20 reps * 5 sets oblique crunches, @12kgs

💪 12 reps * 5 sets tricep cable rope turnouts, @15kgs, @20kgs, @25kgs, @20kgs, @15kgs

☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️

Breakfast I had scrambled eggs and toast.

Morning tea I had some nuts and I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

Lunch I had a vietnamese roll and some fruit.

Cant remember what I has for dinner, but I know it involved veggies.

During my workout I had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos.

Yeah I never realised he died till a few day ago. RIP

challenge accepted lol. Maybe not that heavy for me, but I will do the same reps :)
