What swimming does to your body!!!

Swimmimg is the only exercise you do without even feeling the effect of how exhausted you are untill you get out of the water, because the water actually supports you. It is also a great way of relaxing, Interesting right😊.

Here are some great benefits of swimming i will love to share both health wise and otherwise :

  1. Swimming helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
  2. Swimming help tone muscles and build strength.
  3. Provide an over all body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.
  4. Providing a pleasant way to cool down on a hot day
  5. It helps in improving flexibility.

Those are great benefits listed above and am sure there are even more. I am learning how to swim and trust me it is a bit difficult for a beginner like me and really fun as well,its worth it i'd say!!✌
