I did indeed mate. I hope you took it relatively easy and are taking care of yourself and not rushing back before you are ready. I have heard folk tell of going back to work too soon and it delaying their getting over it.
No doubt though, it is a damn pisser.
I worked today, from home, mainly phone calls and some CRM stuff. Ended up with a sore throat again from talking, but it's ok, I still feel better than I did yesterday. I hear you on the back too early thing though, I've heard the same. I get pretty tired around 4pm, difficult to keep the eyes open but I managed. Last day at home tomorrow then Wednesday back to the office and into the field.
