We didn't do anything before he continued his silly flagging behaviour for three days. When you pick on others for no reason, you have to expect others will mind.

Well, we have a situation in which interpretation of the two sides is absolutely fair.
@moon32walker, I can't agree that @velimir should reduce his award because of anyone's requirements. If he gets a number of votes and profits, this does not mean that he does it unjustly. He took the time and effort to create his own "brand" here, as do many other users. This is the result of the features of the system, the result of how the platform works by itself. If you have no desire to make a profit, it does not mean that others will agree to reduce their appetite, especially if they invested in this business.
However, in this story there is one point which is wrong.
@moon32walker you have an absolute right to bring this issue for discussion, what you did. @velimir you also have the same rights and can flagged any user here.
But somebody tell me: what the hell in this exchange of views is doing a third party that had no relationship to the process at the initial stage of its occurrence? I mean @adsactly.
I wouldn't pay attention to this situation, if you have exchanged flags only among yourselves. But the intervention of a third party, which initially supports one of the participants is wrong. It really destroys the system of flags.
@adsactly gets its influence thanks to the users who publish through this project their work. At least it looks so for the majority. And in this situation uses the power received from the user against a user in some personal purposes, without objective explanation.

Well, I guess this is a very noble policy, but not everywhere and not always.
Imagine that all major projects here that have a powerful SP will to intervene in local conflicts between users, who did not ask for help, ie by default.

Getting flagged for even a cent when you have a 200 SBD payout is unpleasant. Personally, if I was him? I'd just ignore it and not even bother flagging you back. I do not support revenge flagging.
You didn't feel the need to communicate your disagreement on his rewards in any other way aside from flagging. While this is a legitimate choice, in my opinion trying to TALK before shooting (or flagging) can be beneficial to all sides and prevent this sort of... unpleasantness.
As for why he is quiet in the thread: well, I would be too if someone called me a greedy fascist without ever exchanging a word with me. Hell, I'd call them something worse and go mind my own business. Especially if their downvotes can't really touch me.
Check my yesterday's blog. Check the flagged comments there and see for yourself what happened. There are some bad whales involved who play the part quite well.
This whole situation is majorly fucked up. The lack of communication did not make it better. And no, that toxic comment exchange is not a conversation. Not the conversation you two SHOULD have had before this became a payout pissing contest.
