I'm not taking sides on the FE issue, but I've seen some passionate debates on here about this topic so I know Eric has fans here on steemit.
I messaged Eric publicly on twitter when I spotted the last post a week ago, with no response from the account yet. If you can trigger a like, response, anything from the official account I'll upvote and resteem this post to give you a better chance of getting visibility.
Alternatively a selfie with todays date and your steemit username is the usual verification method to make sure you're legit Eric and not an impersonator trying to profit from his work.
