No, I think we can take picture that look flat because we don't have a great sense for just how big the planet is. In all seriousness, though, that's the model I've seen from the flat Earth stuff, where the North Pole is at the center and "South" radiates outward. I just mean are there different models for that?
Also, since I posted the skydive thing, if a group of really ingenious flat Earth folks built a super balloon like that or a legit space plane, would you believe it's spherical? Or would this be troublesome because of the thickness of the portals?
