When I drive my daughter to school we take a back road that passes by our local park. We've spent plenty of time skating/walking the trails and hunting for fossils in the creek bed. But, after a week of heavy rain, the park has pretty much been washed away. That's what the city gets for building it in a flood zone. However, I'm not worried the city will surely spend another million dollars cleaning it up and rebuilding it despite the fact that it will still be in a flood zone. That's the government for ya.
