ha ha. so need to learn the same people who really understand the procedures of meditation, how to make the mind focus, empty things that can interfere with concentration.

The most simple way I can explain is to focus on the space between the thoughts in your mind. When you get distracted either come back to that space or it that seems elusive come back to your breath. With practice the time with the space between thoughts gets longer and longer and that is where real progress takes place.
