Do you know your rights? or the rights of your children?

Currently, knowing the #law of the country and your rights are in your own hands. We're all working together to correct the position we're in, but I'm attempting to provide some quick relevant knowledge for you and why it's important to know.
Wicked people will always be attempting to control and live off the good will of others. Never forget that.
Knowing that will help you learn the knowledge of the why behind this next statement.

God created you.

Your mother and father have brought you into this world, but this only occurs through the workings of God. Even those with who don't share this belief can comprehend this.
Why?
Because when we are created by God, no one can make any claim of ownership of you. And this is why we have a Declaration of Independence:
"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the
political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the
earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle
them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—"

That declaration grants us those un-a-lienable(cannot be reduced or taken away) rights.

Prior to the creation of the Bill of Rights, there was division in the people regarding whether they even required documentation. One side said we must document them so everyone knows, the other said they are too numerous and documenting them could imply false limits on them. Eventually a vote regarding the Bill was passed(legally or not) and we've had a bill of rights ever since. -I will note that a Bill is commonly thought of as a payment due in exchange for service given- Is there service needed regarding our rights? Should it be asked if the Bill is needed as well.

I've reviewed the Constitution and Bill of Rights looking for any reference as to when our rights begin. There are only requirements within regarding voting and holding certain positions of service to our country. I've heard many courts/judges/parents refer to children without regard for their rights. I've heard a judge say that children 13 years and younger have no rights. I've heard parents regard their children more as property that human. I've read that children can become the property of the state...ew

Amendment 14 Section 1:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws

If you you were born within the United States this applies to you. No State(ie. California) shall abridge(reduce in any way) by ordinance, statute(color of law), or law your God given rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Amendment 4:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affi rmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

No one is authorized to search or seize that which is yours without Warrants issued.

Amendment 10:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This Amendments intention is lost to the wicked as they say States hold these powers, which is true, so long as those powers do not abridge our un-a-lienable rights.
The true intention behind this Amendment was to uphold the fact that our rights will not be abridged. So Amendments 10 & 14 work together. These two amendments create this ruling:

Not all children are the same, nor are they at the same level of comprehension or capability, but they are all equal. Too much are we working against ourselves by attempting to control each other. Teach your children to be people and treat them as such. While they grow, nurture them with care and feeding that promotes independence. If you use corporal punishment on them, why would you expect anything different in return from them? How could you even begin to think they could trust you after you've hit them? or worse.

I'm not saying let them roam free or anything like that, but you need to be in tune with your kids so you can provide them the nurturing they need when they need it. Let them make decisions, because this is a huge skill and I've seen so many parents running their children's lives until and even after college. Let them have their life & you live yours(not through them).

If we do not know or learn our rights & #law, how can we ever defend or even speak about them, even more so, how do we know if they’ve been changed or if they are in jeopardy.
