With regard to the People,
Districts are not recognized as valid
The House of Representatives shall be removed from office as they entered into office unlawfully.

Of course to get this done correctly, we'll need an accurate count of the People. I find nothing in the constitution regarding how the census is to be conducted. How do we identify our People?
Yes, I concur, SSN seem to be the best Citizen identification numbers we have at this point. We should require a Citizen Inventory be delivered by mail with what knowledge we know & Electronic for all those who prefer. Issuing E-CI first to prevent unnecessary mail.
The SSN can also be leveraged for voter ID so we can ensure our voters are valid.
With regard to Reps per population, yes, a fraudulent population would generate more seats in the House. So a Citizen Inventory is absolutely needed. Could probably for the most part be already done, but we don't necessarily know where all the citizen currently reside. That's why we need a check in.
I went through the whole current process to register to vote and it was declined because I did not have a valid "signature" on file with the DMV. I am not required to sign anything to vote, I need not provide anything more identification about myself besides my citizen number.

Wait, the wording, specific to the Electors, was making reference to the People. I was thinking is was some undefined group. So yea, the People elect the House of Representatives. The Senators are chosen by the Representatives of each state.
Then with regard to POTUS, the State Representatives appoint Electors, which may not also be an active public servant. So this is a different subset of people outside all offices of the United states.
That group of Electors then meets in their State to vote for >= 2 persons of which 1 must not be an Inhabitant of the same State. Those votes are then transmitted sealed to Seat of Government of the United States. The president of the Senate then counts the unsealed votes
Whoever at that point has the most votes is President. This is all very different from my prior knowledge of things.
Hm. How do you interpret this? I read this as an additional vote by the people to appoint a Number of Electors to vote for the President. So the Citizen Inventory comes into play with the appointment of Presidential Electors as well.

For instance, I would have gladly filled out the census questionnaire this year, but it unlawfully required additional information, such as age and gender. These things are not relevant to a simple Citizen Inventory. Only thing that should be required to provide is SSN.

Those individuals who have committed treason against the People. They have have engaged in insurrection and rebellion as well as provided aid & comfort to our enemies.
