Flowers by the sea. Northern Norway

Some flowers and a dog...

From one of the walk with Nero I came across these flowers down by the sea. They blossom every year at the same place, but is not one of the first to blossom in the spring where I live. I don't know their name but they are nice. Maybe someone knows?
