I couldn't agree more. Nature has it's own to calm that mind. I myself, has plants and I'm taking care of them for almost a year now (although they're not absolutely mine). I tend to them whenever I feel like I need to loosen up and release some stress. You know with the pandemic around, it's not a surprise that sometimes it the environment at home gets toxic. So I say, plants helps me relieve from all the stress.
