This plant contains medicinal substances such as vincristine and vinblastine that are used in one of the treatments to improve leukemia, these advances and studies are important since the more they are able to obtain substances that can help diseases such as these in plants and herbs, they are of great relevance both for science and for the human being. It should be noted that they are also used for diabetes and hypertension, but nevertheless this plant contains a high level of toxicity thanks to a substance called ibogania so it is not recommended at all, it can work very well as a hallucinogen so great caution with the use of this plant for uses not studied.
