Lilium lancifolium (syn. L. tigrinum) is an Asian species of lily, native to China, Japan, Korea, and the Russian Far East. It is widely planted as an ornamental because of its showy orange-and-black flowers, and has become naturalized in numerous scattered locations in eastern North America (particularly in New England). Wow, that is a beautiful lily. I wonder if it would grow in hot south Florida?
Thanks for your comment! I do not know for sure, but I think you can try to do it. Here, in the far east of Russia, they grow without any special care, but we don't have hot climate.)
