I went to a wonderful and unique temple!
I came here in July, during hydrangea season!
The hydrangeas are blooming at the entrance!
But the most beautiful part of this temple is farther in!
Hello Small snail👋↓
A place to wash hands↓
A huge tree of God representing this temple!↓
The bark of the tree is very thick and old
great
This is the temple!
This temple was built in 587 A.D.!↓
In Japan, many shrines and temples were built around 700 AD under the influence of foreigners.
So temples before that time are very rare!
And what makes this temple so unique is that there are several free-ranging animals↓
They are ducks!
There's an even more unusual animal later in this article😊
And here's the best part of this temple!🙌
Wow!! Hydrangea floating in a pond!!😍😍😍
And this river leads to another pond!
And This is the best part of the temple!↓
Wow!! The pond is covered in hydrangeas!
So beautiful!!😍
Hydrangeas are very water-loving flowers, so even in this state, they don't die much!
A cute duck is swimming near the hydrangea!
They say there are about 4,000 flowers in this pond
There's no other place that has hydrangeas on display like this, so this place gets a lot of people! Really beautiful!
And those ducks I mentioned earlier were in the river😆↓
And my video!↓
Ducks are pecking at hydrangeas in the river! So cute!!😆😆😆
Giant "Oni(鬼)" mask↓
And He's the most popular animal in this temple!↓
Peacock! He walks freely on the grounds!😲😲😲
Lots of people were filming him!
Then he walked right in front of me! lucky😁↓
I have long enjoyed this beautiful sight😌
I got to enjoy so many hydrangeas this year too! Thanks for a wonderful time!👏

Thank you for reading!
Arigatou gozaimashita!
Those flowers look so pretty! What was the name of the temple? do they only bloom in July?
Temple names "Amabiki-kannon(雨引観音)"!
It is a famous temple in Ibaraki prefecture!
Hydrangeas bloom mainly in June, but they also bloom in July! The rainy season was long in Japan this year, so hydrangeas were in full bloom even in July!😀
Thank you so much!
It really looks well preserved. I'm glad I get to see this side of Japan still intact. Most of the stuff featured from your country are big cities and city lifestyle. I appreciate the change of view. Good luck on your future adventures! :D
Yeah! I'm glad these wonderful nature and traditions are still around!
Modern concrete buildings are really boring🤣
Thank you for comment!👍
I like the last picture. Amazing view
Thank you so much Bro!🙌
