Hello @farik, I don't agree with you. If you search for posts you like and you start engaging with the owners of those posts by leaving valuable or interesting resplies you will get a nice following of people who are actually interested in what you post. If you follow-for-follow you will end up with shitloads of bots and spam pushers in your list: they don't upvote and they don't contribute to the platform... ergo: no curation for you and no rewards.
Find your way by searching fpr topics and people that intrigue you and start connecting!
Oh, and use the search button to find posts on how to create a valuable follower list and a profitable blog
