I try to make these wonderful cookies as often as my kids request them, but now I’ve got a huge number of these awesome cookies to make and it has to be just in time for my daughter's birthday party, she will be 6 years and I'm expecting around 30 kids to attend the party..

My kids have always loved eating chocolate chip cookies with so much chocolate chips filled in the cookies. My little girl has requested tons of these chocolate chip cookies as one of her souvenirs for her guest and I cannot afford to disappoint her!

I was just checking to make sure all the ingredients for the cookies are ready when I thought of sharing these chocolatey cookie recipe with you all.

Here are all the ingredients for a single recipe(It should take around 8-10 minutes to do the preparation for the ingredients).

2 1\2 cups of all purpose flour

1 cup of softened butter

2 large eggs

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Salt

2 cups chocolate chips(2 1/2 if you like it more chocolatey)

1 tsp baking soda

The procedures

Step 1

Using creaming method, cream bowl mix the softened butter with sugar until properly mixed and there are no butter, add the two eggs and mix them in, when it's properly mixed add the vanilla extract and mix-in as well.

Step 2

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.Mix the flour together with baking soda and salt, using a spoon mix all these ingredients together.

Step 3

You will need to slowly combine the creamed mixture with the prepare dry ingredients; slowly add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, when it has all been added, mix in the all the chocolate chips.

Step 4

Grab a cookie sheet and grease it using a little bit of butter, scoop your prepared chocolate chip cookie mixture and put it on the greased cookie sheet(remember to leave 2 inches space in-between every scoop as the cookie tends to spread when put in the oven).

Bake in the oven at temperature 370° for 10-15 minutes.

For a single recipe there should be about 18-25 cookies depending on the size of the cookies, i'll be needing around 3-4 recipes.

When the cookies are baked to your satisfaction remove from the oven and let it cool, after it's cooled you my package it as you like a jar is alright but if its going to be for an event, here is a good example:

By the way a glass of milk goes perfectly with these delicious cookies!

I really enjoy adding avocado to things, and have done do with cookies. I can tell you it's one of the greatest success stories that ever came out of my oven.

Next time you feel like experimenting, add an avocado and some additional flour, remove a bit of the butter and add some matcha green tea powder to make them extra green and tasty :)

I want that
