hi everyone ^^ do you like noodle snail?
This is a dish I love very much, and it is also a typical dish of Hanoians.
Material for this dish is:
noodle
snail
tofu
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1/2 liter of vinegar
1/2 kg of pig bone
Lemon, chili
Pepper, salt, sugar
50g thin purple onion
Cooking oil, fish sauce, spices
Green onions, herbs, vegetables
Lettuce, split spinach, banana,
bean sprouts
tomato
How to make noodle snail
A bowl of noodle snail is about $ 1. The most expensive one is $ 1.5
you need snail the water with rice for one night to remove the dirt, if you do not have time then you can soak them with 2 to 3 chopped chillies.
Clean the snail and boil, , wash and then wash with vinegar to clean the viscous. Marinate snail with fish sauce, turmeric powder, minced onion, minced garlic, let 30 minutes to absorb spices.
tomatoes cut into 6 or 8 pieces
Tofu washed, sliced to eat, fried gold
Green onions, washed and shredded.
Bones of pigs are washed into the pot with 2 liters of water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon thinly squeezed cyanide, placed on the stove with small fire for water used in. Stir until the bone softens and removes the bone.
Drop the tofu into the broth.
So you have a delicious bowl of noodle snail^^

"Thinly squeezed cyanide," while interesting, is probably not what you meant to say, since cyanide is a deadly poison, and not typically used in soup, at least not for anyone you want to wake up again.
Could you possibly re-edit the piece to include the actual ingredient you meant?
Thanks.
The food is very delicious and full of flavor ..
