Ketogenic diet - The perfect dish

Who says you can't be on a diet and make food porn at the same time?

This is how I eat on a daily basis, essentially take a bunch of raw veg, add it to a pot of boiling seasoned bone broth, and enjoy.
Good fats, low carb, low-moderate protein.

Bone Broth- Bring the desired amount of Bone Broth and teaspoon of organic white miso paste to a boil, season to taste with Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground black pepper, and the juice of one lime or lemon.

I used story bought Bone Broth. Bone Broth is kinda of trending right now so there are good small batch jarred or packaged broths out there. The key is to buy some that is Grass Fed.

Of course its best to make your own broth at home but that will process I will cover in a later post.
For the vegans, its easy to make a broth out of vegetables, Kombu, and or mushroom.

The Garnish- Shitake mushrooms were sliced and added to the broth cold, this give them a chance to cook while they heat up in the broth. Diced red bell peppers, scallions, avocado, radish, jalapeño, whole cherry tomato, and rough chop cilantro (more stem the better) everything organic of course.

The flavors change as you eat, one bite can feel very asian, while the other can taste mexican.
