Recipes:Melon(grounded) fresh fish,pomo,palm oil,onions,cray fish,salt(to taste),maggi,pump skin(ugu),stock fish,meat,water..
How to prepare
1.put a pot on fire,add palm oil.allow to get hot then add the onions.
2.add your grounded melon to it and stir.allow to cook for 3-5mins then begin to stir till the melon is fried.
4.add ur water and add ur meat,fresh fish,pomo,maggi stock fish and so on.
5.allow to cook for 20-25 mins.
6.Then add your vegetable.
7.allow to for 3-5 mins.
Your delious soup is ready!!! You can enjoy it with pounded cassava
