i prepared this pani puri at home. They are knowas golgappeas in pakistan our country and some peoples is called this pani-puri. crispy fried puri make with some soji or semolina, a little bid baking soda some water or flour (maida) as requied. mix the all material and roll him. take some hot oil and fired the puri.
next the we use some vegetables like onion and potato, chana, phondi and sauces. We mix all materials and filled into the puri.
filled with the bondi we add some sauce, msala, adding some yogurt and green yogurt. some the taste i add the peach sauce and its ready the taste is golgabby is very delicious and tasty. the chili and pepper taste like a hot.
it is looking a beautiful and delicious i feel hunger when is see it
