Preparing for Friday dinner...part 1

in #food7 years ago (edited)

Hi, it's me again...

Today I'm gonna cooking Tilapia fish with herbs and garlic at the oven.

Many of us doesn't like the smell of the fishes and that's why they don't eat it...

So, for those of you who hate this smell there's a tip:

After you clean the fishes you should put them in a bowl with clean water, thick salt and vinegar for 5 minutes and than wash them good with water.

After that you need to take a sharp knife and 3 cuts both sides on each( it will help to absorb the flavor) .

And now we gonna take coriander , garlic, salt, black pepper , lemon slice and olive oil mixed together.

Take the fish and stuff a little from the mix inside and all over. It should looks like that:

Leave it for 2 hours and after that I'll explain what to do.

For your information, this post has been written live while making this dish so I'll update it step by step live.

Thank you and check it later for an update.
