 There is no such powerful scientific proof that particular foods can effect psoriasis, but there is such proof that losing additional weight can ease symptoms. Nutritionists suggest a healthy, balance diet to domination your weight and psoriasis. The basics is lean protein of a healthy diet, whole grains, low fat dairy, and vegetables and fruits.
 

 FISH (SEAFOOD)

Fatty acids Omega 3, rich in fatty fish such as mackerel, albacore tuna, and salmon are the basics of a heart healthy diet. Fish oils are perception to decrease inflammation and assist the immune system, which is excessively active in people with psoriasis. Avocados & Nuts

Fats in overall get a bad rap, but there are things as Good Fats. These contain the polyunsaturated fats found in nuts, avocados, vegetable oils, and monounsaturated fats found in soybean oil, walnuts, flax-seed, and fish. They are better for you in overall. When taken in balance, of course they still can pack in the calories. Stay away from saturated fats and Trans fats, which may rise inflammation in the body. 

Blueberries

Not only do blueberries have anti-inflammatory component but also lots of vitamin C, manganese and fiber both good for bone health. Other fruits that might have anti-inflammatory components include strawberries, mangoes, and figs. But you really cannot go wrong with any fruits, which are right up there with vegetables on the good for you list. Blueberries may also increases memory and fight heart disease.
