Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients
1/2 kg of steamed potatoes
100 gr grated cheese
150 gr cornstarch
Sufficiently chopped celery
Sufficient salt, pepper, and mushroom broth
Step
Crush / soften steamed potatoes
After gently, add cheese, chopped celery, salt, pepper, mushroom broth and cornstarch. Stir until evenly until it can be formed
Take a little form of dough according to taste. For me, the dough is flattened using a rolling pin then cut to length
Fry potatoes on low heat.
