These great and delicious carrot cake muffins should not be missing on any Easter table. They look great and just taste fantastic.
Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 300ml sunflower oil
- 3 cups of grated carrot
Preparation:

- 240g cream cheese
- 840g powdered sugar
