☑️Kofatya is basically Persian food. But there is a lot of demand in our country. Different restaurants and festivals offer
different types of kofta. Spicy chicken kofta with a sour taste is a delicious meal.
☑️Ingredients
👉Chicken kimah: 250 grams
👉Aadah: 15 grams
👉Beans: 60 grams
👉Poddana: 5 grams
👉Talker: 250 g
👉Amal: 4
👉Black pepper powder: half a teaspoon
👉Nut bowl: 1 teaspoon
👉Mint leaves: 2
👉Egg: 1
👉Garlic: 15 grams
👉1 teaspoon of pepper powder
👉Ghee 2 teaspoons
👉Closed: 4
👉Zero: half teaspoon
👉Onion 2
👉Oil amounted to quantity
👉Salt to taste
☑️Steps
☑️ Step 1
Blend the ginger and garlic well.
☑️ Step 2
Sprinkle greens, poppy seeds, cloves and cardamom in a pan. Now make these powder blender.
☑️ Step 3
Grate the onion with another oil in a pan. If the onion becomes brown, then chop it with the talk yogurt. Blend this mixture of onion and blender well in the blender.
☑️ Step 4
Mix half ginger-garlic mixture with chicken kima, half spice powder, groundnut, turmeric powder, egg and salt mixed together to make round curry.

Take a dip of oil and put the kupata brown brown.

Now grate it with another pan and mix it with onion, rest of the ginger garlic, the rest of the spicy powder, pepper powder and salt.

Then drop it from the oven and pour it on the bowl and make it hot with the mint leaves. Spicy chicken kofta.
Hmmm nice recipes but i am only vegetarian so sory do not try this
