Potato chalet is an Indian dish. Much of this is baked in oven like naan bread. Here is a simple potato and potir kulachar recipe. Here the cheese is called Fresh Cheese or Cottage Chees which is known as Cheda.

👉Flour: one and a half cup
👉Talk yogurt: 4 tablespoons
👉Milk powder 2 tablespoon
👉Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
👉Sugar 1 teaspoon of sugar
👉Oil: 2 tablespoons
👉Sodium via carbonate or eating soda: 1/4 teaspoon
👉Water, for dough preparation: 1/4 cup

👉Potatoes, boiled and mashed medium size: 3
👉Refined cheese: 3/4 cups
👉Cinnamon 1
👉Salt: 1/2 teaspoon or taste
👉Red pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
👉Chut spices: 1/2 teaspoon
👉Dhanepata Mihikuchi: 1 tablespoon

👉Roll flour for rolling roll: 1/4 cup

The flour, salt, sugar and baking soda should be well chewed.

Now one table spoon oil with dough. Mix well. Then add yogurt and milk again. Now make a soft soft dome with a little water.

Soften the dough with a little oil. Dow should be kept for 2-3 hours in warm place for firmness.

Take potatoes. Mash the potatoes well or have to be filled. Chilli must be well chopped.

Roll the ball with a little flat and make it so that 3 inches of rice bread is made. Now 1 percent of the potato-cheese will be filled. Then, covering the whole of the bread should be covered with bread. It will be shaped like a ball again. It will take a little more pressure and make it like bread.
